It’s been a little over decade since we entered the second millennium and we have already experienced a sharp consumers shift within the logistics field. Companies are expected to constantly orchestrate their efforts in meeting the ever changing expectation levels of their clients. It has been the ones who are ready to embrace the need for change that has managed to stay and grow. Group Mukkadan has recognized this need and concentrated in what we like to call it Supply Chain Innovation.

Our decision to implement a Total Quality Management initiative has been one that is highly rewarding. The management has been able to focus on building employee ability, understanding employee training needs and infusing within the system methodology and tools to develop consistent employee performance. Our TQM initiate runs all the way from our senior desk to our bottom line.
We will continue to benchmark ourselves against the best in our industry and will work towards keeping his momentum we have come to experience. It has been the unwavering trust that our customers, shipping liners, agents, suppliers, partners and employees have shown that has brought us thus far. I assure you that our commitment to you and our goals will now make your choice to associate with Group Mukkadan all the more rewarding.
